What Will Trump Do After Ted Cruz's Big Surge in Iowa?

In the wake of the Paris terror attacks, Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio are the two Republican presidential candidates to watch, Charles Krauthammer said on "Special Report" tonight.

Krauthammer said that the rise of terrorism abroad has helped Cruz and Rubio's campaigns, while it has hurt Ben Carson and Rand Paul.

He explained that Paul has been negatively impacted because of his isolationist ideology.

"Carson is now hurt with the renewed interest after Paris because he clearly doesn't know anything about foreign policy, which can be a liability if you're running for the presidency," Krauthammer said. "As a result of that, he is now slipping badly."

Since Cruz knows what's going on in the world and can speak well, he is the initial beneficiary of the Paris attacks and the fall of Carson, Krauthammer said.

"We'll see how Rubio does."
