Rep. Mia Love (R-Utah) has endorsed Marco Rubio in his bid for the Republican presidential nomination.

Love told Jenna Lee this morning that she made up her mind when Rubio came to Utah and she watched him "inspire people."

"For the first time in a long time, I felt someone who really loves this country and doesn't take for granted the benefits that this country has," she said, adding that she believes Rubio has a "positive agenda" to move the country forward.

Love, who is the first black Republican woman to serve in Congress, said that Friday's attacks in Paris only solidified the decision for her.

"He's been talking about these [ISIS] threats from the very beginning," she said, calling Rubio "very strong" on foreign policy and national defense.
