Kasich on Syrian Refugees: 'We Don't Know Who They Are, Where They Come From'

O'Reilly: Obama is Unwilling to 'Lead in a War On Terror'

There's nothing outrageous about barring Syrian refugees from entering the U.S. unless they pass background checks, Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio said on "The Kelly File" tonight.

"The president and Hillary Clinton are completely out of touch with reality," Rubio stated. "The number one obligation of the federal government is to keep us safe. This is not about slamming the door on anybody."

The Florida senator explained that if just one or two ISIS fighters manage to slip into the U.S. among the 10,000 incoming refugees, it's a big problem.

"We know that ISIS is deliberately using the refugee crisis to insert fighters into Europe. Why wouldn't they do the same in the United States?"
