Panetta: World Must Unite, 'Go to War' Against ISIS

Republican presidential contender Ben Carson told Bill O'Reilly tonight how he would combat the Islamic State.

Carson explained that U.S. leaders must acknowledge the existential threat ISIS and radical Islamic terror pose to the nation.

Carson said that his strategy for defeating ISIS would include taking the war to them by coordinating with our Middle Eastern and NATO allies, cutting off the terror group's access to oil and making sure the Department of Defense has all the necessary resources to win.

"You have to really take the fight to them and you have to really strangulate them in terms of the ease of access that they have with cash through world banking systems," Carson explained.
