Charles Krauthammer described Hillary Clinton as "masterful" in Saturday night's second Democratic debate in Iowa.

"She was able to flick off issues here and there," Krauthhammer said on a special edition of "America's Election HQ."

Krauthammer said that, barring some scandal hidden in her emails, the Democratic primary isn't "even a contest anymore."

"This is a kind of a performance," he said.

He suggested that Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, who again downplayed media focus on Clinton's emails, "wants to be an Ambassador to Paris."
