Charles Krauthammer said on "Special Report" that all the pressure will be on one candidate at tomorrow's Fox Business Network-Wall Street Journal Republican debate: Jeb Bush.

"He's had three bad debates in a row, and he's not going to drop out of the race, but he'll really be dead man walking," Krauthammer said.

He explained that Bush needs a spark or a memorable moment, as the entire campaign season has become "sort of theatrical."

"The ones who have risen are the ones who have had the moments," Krauthammer said, pointing to candidates like Carly Fiorina, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz.

"Bush has been very passive and unimpressive. That doesn't mean he is, but that's how he appears, and that's why his numbers are low."
