TNA wrestler Taryn Terrell recently posted a video to YouTube sharing her testimony as a born again Christian.

For some, it was seen as a surprising message to come from a former Playboy model, who also performed in the WWE as a "Diva."

Terrell joined Fox411’s Diana Falzone today to discuss why she is sharing her journey with the public.

“I found that when I was looking for God I didn’t have the resources,” she said. “It was hard for me to connect with more mature Christians.”

“So I thought that if somebody could watch my testimony and see me as an infant Christian… maybe they could connect and they could realize exactly how to find God for themselves.”

Asked whether she believed her new values could conflict with her career, Terrell replied, “Absolutely.”

“I think that I have played, and recently, I have played an even more sexy character than I was used to playing,” she said. “I know that’s not who I want to portray anymore... If I cannot find a way to use God and be godly in the things that I do then yes, it is time to walk away.”

Watch Terrell discuss what it's like to look for spirituality on the road in her full interview above.
