The reactions are from just a few of the more than 1,000 entries late-night show host Jimmy Kimmel says he got in this year’s YouTube challenge.

Every Halloween, parents tell their kids all their candy is gone and record their wide-eyed reactions for all the world to see. Bags are dropped, feet are stomped and the tears are unmistakable.

Some kids even tell their parents off for diving into their candy stashes without permission.

“I’m going to check out my candy, and if I see no candy, you are in big trouble, young lady,” one little boy tells his mom.
