Months after making headlines for allegedly lying about her race, Rachel Dolezal made a huge confession on "The Real" Monday.

The former president of the NAACP's Spokane, Washington, chapter was confronted by the show's co-hosts with the fact that she is not black.

Dolezal's response drew a standing ovation from the audience.

"I acknowledge that I was biologically born white to white parents, but I identify as black," she said.
