Bush told Greta Van Susteren that he's launching the tour because our country needs proven leadership to fix the big issues, and he wants to spread that message.

"I have a proven record - 32 years in business and eight years as governor - of focusing on fixing big, complex things by applying conservative principles in the right way," Bush said.

Is it fair to say this is a reboot of your campaign? Greta asked.

"It doesn't really matter what it's called," Bush said. "I've had a rough couple of weeks. I've got to get better at the performance side of this. But I know I have the skills of leadership to fix these big, complex things."

He said that the people in Florida know about his record, and the "Jeb Can Fix It" tour is about sharing that message with the American people.
