Former NBA and reality TV star Lamar Odom is still in a comatose condition after what appears to have been a stroke suffered during a drug overdose, according to reports.

Odom was found unresponsive on Tuesday at Dennis Hof’s Love Ranch, a brothel 90 minutes outside Las Vegas, and has been unconscious since.

"It's a hard day in the brothel business," Hof told Fox 411's Diana Falzone today.

Hof explained that Odom called him on Saturday and said he'd like to visit the Love Ranch for a few days. He was picked up at his Las Vegas home and they spent some time drinking cognac and hanging out with the Love Ranch girls.

Odom was visibly upset after receiving a call Sunday about the new episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," which features Odom's ex-wife Khloe Kardashian. Hof said that he appeared to shake that off and continued having a good time.

Hof said that two Love Ranch girls found Odom at approximately 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday at Hof's house, which is attached to the brothel. He was laying on his side and foaming at the mouth.

They called an ambulance and took him to the hospital, where they were informed that Odom would likely die or have severe damage.

They tried to LifeFlight Odom to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, he was too big to fit on the helicopter.

Hof said that they told Odom not to do any drugs, and he and his staff are unaware of any drug consumption.

"There was no obvious signs of drugs, vials or anything like that," Hof said. "We hope that that's just rumor and speculation and not the truth."
