On "Special Report" tonight, Charles Krauthammer said Hillary Clinton's email is scandal is over, at least as an issue in the 2016 primary race.

Krauthammer said that unless Clinton is indicted, she's going to win the Democratic nomination.

He asserted that the contest ended when Bernie Sanders said at the debate, "The American people are sick and tired of hearing about your damn emails!"

"If you're running against a front-runner who's being investigated by the FBI and you say, 'This is now officially off the table, no Democrat will discuss it and it will not be discussed,' means that between now and the convention, it's not an issue," Krauthammer said.

He explained that it will still be an issue in the general election, but it's dead in the Democratic nomination process, which Clinton is all but guaranteed to win.
