Viral This New Kia Ad Nails How Many Americans Feel About 'Participation Trophies'
Kia earned a lot of praise on social media for an ad that ran during NBC's Sunday Night Football.
The spot took a shot at "participation trophies," showing a dad ripping off the tag and writing in "CHAMPS."
