A veteran in Texas got a nasty note on his car for using a handicapped parking spot at his apartment complex.

A neighbor apparently did not think the veteran "looked handicapped" so he left the following message on his car:

Hey Buddy,

Stop parking in handicap spots!!!!

You DO NOT have a sticker nor do you look handicapped. I have taken a picture of your license plate and sent it to the courtesy officer for towing by the courtesy.

Stop being a jerk!

The Austin-area veteran got the last laugh though, writing a a very strongly-worded note of his own back and posting it on Reddit

He explained, first off, that he does not need a handicapped tag under state law because his vehicle has a "disabled veteran" license plate.

"Although I may not 'look' handicapped to you, I can assure you that the amount of pain I feel in my lower body from walking due to combat-sustained injuries far supersedes any level of pain you have ever felt in your entire life," he wrote.

Then he signed it, "Sincerely, the guy who doesn't look handicapped."
