Ann Romney sat down with Neil Cavuto to discuss her new book on battling MS and she hit back at a blogger who recently directed some eyebrow-raising criticism at her.

A Media Matters research fellow, Oliver Willis, tweeted the following over the summer:

"Who is this schmuck?" Cavuto asked, telling Romney she could "unload" if she wanted to.

Romney said that speaking out about living with MS - which Neil Cavuto and Fox News' Janice Dean also live with - is important no matter what happened in the 2012 election.

“To this blogger, I say: you know what? Don’t get in my way. Don’t say I can’t do something. I can write as many books as I want. And I can speak out as much as I want," she said.

Once again, she was asked whether her husband might choose to jump into the 2016 race.

"We're high-fiving each other every morning, saying thank goodness we're not in this [race]," said Romney.
