In his Talking Points Memo tonight, Bill O'Reilly reacted to the second GOP presidential debate, which many believe was won by Carly Fiorina.

O'Reilly said that Fiorina did indeed do very well, but he said he believes that Marco Rubio was just a bit stronger.

"But it is truly incredible that a businesswoman, Ms. Fiorna, and a businessman, Donald Trump, are schooling veteran politicians, men who have run states and who are serving in Congress," O'Reilly said. "Very simply, Ms. Fiorina came across as powerful last night."

He pointed in particular to her comments on the Iran nuclear agreement, which she slammed while stating her unwavering support for Israel.

O'Reilly said that the main problem with the debate was the distribution of time, with too much being given to Trump in order to stir up controversy.

"The debaters did well, but most were not given nearly enough time to make their points."
