Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio told Megyn Kelly tonight that he's going to use tomorrow's CNN GOP debate as a chance to tell Americans about himself and what he would do as president of the United States.

"Despite our challenges - we have very significant challenges - we have a chance to usher in the greatest era in America's history," Rubio said. "But to do that, we need a government that's in touch with our people."

He said we don't have that and are on the road to decline, but it's not too late to fix it.

"That's what I want to talk about tomorrow," Rubio said. "In the end, this is not a game show, it's not a production. It is, in fact, deciding the most important political office in the world."
