In his Talking Points Memo tonight, Bill O'Reilly said that President Obama has made things dramatically worse in the Middle East, and the U.S. and Western Europe must change course to avoid continual conflict and humanitarian disaster.

O'Reilly pointed to Obama's decisions to abandon Libya after the death of Muammar Gaddafi, to withdraw U.S. troops from Iraq and not to take military action against Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad after he used poison gas to kill civilians.

O'Reilly said that a combination of those bad policies and cowardice that have led to instability in the Middle East and the subsequent refugee crisis.

"So now we have a worldwide crisis because this migration is not going to stop," "The Factor" host said.  "Once people in Africa find out they can move to Europe without consequence, millions will do so."

He said that it's just a matter of time before hundreds of thousands of migrants find their way to North America.

"If the USA and Western Europe continue to blunder in the face of the jihad and tolerate brutal dictators like the Iranian mullahs, the world will devolve into continual conflict and humanitarian disaster. There is no question about it."
