Donald Trump revealed on "The O'Reilly Factor" that he's not doing any special preparation for tomorrow's CNN GOP debate, so Bill O'Reilly put on his "moderator hat" and asked Trump a few questions.

O'Reilly noted that the Club for Growth, a conservative group, has said that Trump believes in high taxes and is too liberal economically. O'Reilly asked Trump what his tax program would look like.

"I'm actually lowering taxes, and especially for the middle class," Trump said. "I am lowering taxes overall, lowering for corporations."

He added that he will be formally announcing his tax program in several weeks.

O'Reilly asked Trump if he's up for a one-on-one debate with Hillary Clinton on women's issues, as she recently called for.

The GOP front-runner said he would love to have the opportunity to debate Clinton.

"I am going to take care of women better than Hillary will take care of women. That I can tell you," Trump said. "Hillary was the worst secretary of state in the country's history."

O'Reilly asked Trump if he would de-fund Planned Parenthood.

"I would vote to de-fund, yes," Trump answered.

Are you planning on going after Dr. Ben Carson at the debate? O'Reilly asked.

"It depends on what he does with me," Trump said. "I don't know who's coming from where. I hear everyone's going to be hitting me because I'm number one in the polls. And I'll respond accordingly, Bill."
