Charles Krauthammer said on "The O'Reilly Factor" the revelation that Hillary Clinton's personal server contained "top secret" information makes it more likely that she will be indicted.

He said he still believes it is less than a 50/50 chance that Clinton will be indicted, as Gen. Petraeus was, but it is getting harder and harder to avoid that outcome.

"The evidence is accumulating. And the other thing is the perception in the American people has become very, very firm that this is not, as she claims, a political vendetta, this is not politics," Krauthammer said. "People understand she lied, she tried to cover up. She did this for secrecy and to keep it out of the eyes of the American people and congressional oversight. And she is now in cover-up mode. That is a really hard place to be."

"I still think they'll probably find a way to let it go or postpone or whatever, but she is in jeopardy."
