Fox Business Network host Kennedy and Fox News contributor Meghan McCain joined Bill O'Reilly on "The Factor" tonight to react to Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards.

O'Reilly said that many people are upset at MTV because the awards show featured numerous sexual and drug references.

"Believe me when I tell you, kids - 10, 12, 14 - hear this stuff and internalize it," O'Reilly said. "There were millions of kids watching that show."

Kennedy, who hosted the MTV program "Alternative Nation" from 1992-1997, pointed out that viewership was down this year. She acknowledged, however, that she did not and would not let her children watch the show.

"This has devolved into trash and vulgarity," McCain stated. "MTV does not care about the youth."

O'Reilly said there has to be a line, and there doesn't seem to be one anymore.

"If you're a parent and you let your kids watch that, shame on you."
