Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump took to Instagram to blast President Obama's controversial nuclear agreement with Iran.

The Instagram video begins with audio from an Obama speech in which the president argues, "A powerful display of American leadership and diplomacy shows what we can accomplish when we lead from a position of strength. Iran could move closer to a nuclear bomb."

Over the audio, photos appear, showing the four U.S. hostages held in Iranian prisons - Christian pastor Saeed Abedini, former Marine Amir Hekmati, Washington Post Iran Bureau Chief Jason Rezaian and retired FBI Agent Robert Levinson.

The video culminates with the text: "It's time for a real negotiator."

Byron York said "On the Record" that Trump's 20-second video will play well with Republicans who nearly unanimously disapprove of the deal.

"Just as we've seen in some of his videos attacking fellow candidates, he can be really, really effective in a short period of time," York said.
