Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) told Sean Hannity that Donald Trump has an "authoritarian concept" of how government should work.

Responding to a question about Trump's big lead in polls, Paul said he believes Republican voters will eventually "wake up" and realize he is not a true conservative.

"Americans need to wake up and listen. Donald Trump is not a conservative, he’s a fake conservative and eventually I think people are going to wake up and hear that," said Paul.

The 2016 presidential candidate said Trump once tried to use eminent domain to take a woman's house in order to build a parking lot for one of his casinos.

Paul said Republican voters would be unanimously against that action if someone like Harry Reid supported it.

Hannity said he'd like to have Trump and Paul on together to debate and Paul said he'd "absolutely" face off with Trump.

Tune in to "Hannity," tonight at 10p/1a ET as Sean talks to Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.)
