A Philadelphia police officer is under investigation after bullying a driver into buying a pair of fundraiser tickets by threatening to tow his car.

Videos posted to Facebook by user Rob Stay Faded show Officer Matthew Zagursky pulling over a vehicle and threatening to impound the car unless the driver and his friend purchase tickets to the Police and Fire Hero Thrill Show fundraiser.

"You and your friend got any money to buy these thrill show tickets? Support your police department. Ten bucks each, man," Zagursky says in the video. "Either you buy these or I take your car, ‘cause it’s unregistered."

Zagursky gets his way, and the driver forks over the cash.

The videos also show Zagursky insulting the driver's pink windshield wipers — which he got to honor his breast cancer survivor grandmother — with a homophobic slur.

After the videos went viral, Zagursky was taken off the streets while the department investigates the incident. A district attorney will determine whether criminal charges are in order.
