On "Special Report" tonight, Charles Krauthammer said that questions surrounding Hillary Clinton's private email server - and her attempts to laugh them off - reiterate just how bad a presidential candidate she is.

"That attempt at self-deprecation about Snapchat is groan-worthy, cringe-worthy. It doesn't work, and it shows how ham-handed she is," Krauthammer said.

He added that both Hillary and Bill Clinton are all about secrecy and control, and now that the investigation into her private email server is out of her hands, it remains to be seen what will happen.

He said the big question is what the Justice Department will do. Will they take it easy on Clinton?

"If they treat her like anybody else and in a non-political way, I suspect that she would at least be in jeopardy of being indicted," Krauthammer said.

"We already know that she sent top secret information. And that's illegal."
