Dr. Ben Carson appeared on "The O'Reilly Factor" tonight and stood by his comments that Planned Parenthood concentrates its clinics in black neighborhoods as a "way to control that population."

"I know who Margaret Sanger is and I know that she believed in eugenics and that she was not particularly enamored with black people,” Carson said about the Planned Parenthood founder yesterday on "Your World."

Carson told "Factor" guest host Eric Bolling that the number one cause of death for black people is abortion.

He said the important questions should be: Why is that happening? What can be done to alleviate that situation?

"One of the ways they're able to perpetrate the deceit is because people are not informed," Carson said. "The more people are informed, the less likely these kinds of things [are]."
