A wounded warrior had two former presidents and a first lady on hand when he asked his girlfriend to marry him.

Army Spc. Tyler Jeffries proposed to his girlfriend Lauren Lilly at the Bush family home in Kennebunkport, Maine.

George W. Bush, George H.W. Bush, and former first lady Barbara Bush were on hand for the special moment, which was captured on video.

Jeffries has two prosthetic legs and was helped to his knees by friends.

Jeffries, who was injured by a 2012 IED blast in Afghanistan, was visiting the Bush family home for an event honoring wounded warriors.

Bush 41 posted a photo of the unforgettable moment to Twitter, wishing the couple “a lifetime of joy together.”

Jeffries said this morning on "Fox and Friends" that having the two presidents present for his proposal was "a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."

He and his bride-to-be plan to invite the Bush family to their wedding.
