Gov. Scott Walker (R-WI) told Megyn Kelly tonight that he's not going to take shots at his fellow Republican presidential contenders during the Fox News GOP debate on Thursday.

Walker explained that he believes voters are tired of politicians saying what they're against and who they're against, and that's why he's going to talk about what he's for.

Although he doesn't plan on going after any of his fellow GOP contenders, Walker did have some words for Hillary Clinton.

"Everywhere in the world that Hillary Clinton has touched is worse off today than it was before she and the president took office," Walker said.

"In light of these recent emails, I'd love to point out that she'd be a pretty good deceiver-in-chief, certainly not someone you could trust to be the commander-in-chief."
