Cicconetti explained this morning on “Fox and Friends” that he set bail at $10 million because authorities don’t know anything about this man’s identity. He said that illegal immigrants need to have identification in the event that they commit a crime.

Cicconetti also revealed that local sheriff’s deputies stopped Razo on July 7, but federal authorities told them to let him go. Razo has no previous criminal history.
