Judge Sets Bail at $10M for Illegal Immigrant Accused in Violent Crime Spree
An Ohio judge set bail at $10 million for an illegal immigrant accused in a violent crime spree.
Juan Emmanuel Razo is accused in the murder of 60-year-old Margaret Kostelnik, attempted murder of a second female victim, and attempted rape of a 14-year-old girl. He is also accused of the attempted murder of a police officer, Judge Michael Cicconetti said.
Cicconetti explained this morning on “Fox and Friends” that he set bail at $10 million because authorities don’t know anything about this man’s identity. He said that illegal immigrants need to have identification in the event that they commit a crime.
Cicconetti also revealed that local sheriff’s deputies stopped Razo on July 7, but federal authorities told them to let him go. Razo has no previous criminal history.
