Republican presidential candidate Scott Walker reacted on "The Kelly File" tonight to the deadly terror attack in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Walker told Megyn Kelly that even though all of the details aren't known about this situation, "we need to acknowledge that we're at war and radical Islamic terrorism is our enemy."

He said that it's not enough to have containment anymore.

"Containment was something that might have been good during the Cold War, but we're facing an enemy in radical Islamic terrorism that's willing to take the fight to us," Walker added. "We need to make sure that our men and women in uniform not only have the resources to protect us and keep our country safe, [but] they need to have the resources to keep themselves safe."
