A California bakery has declined to press charges against Ariana Grande after a video surfaced that showed her licking donuts in the store.

Wolfee Donuts in Lake Elsinore was downgraded to a B rating after a video revealed that Grande had licked donuts in the store. The Department of Health is still trying to determine whether customers bought the contaminated pastries.

Owner Joe Marin told PEOPLE that the store got a B rating because the donuts were on top of the tray as employees restocked the display case.

“They were minor things – little, tiny, minor things that were fixed in three days,” he said.

A health inspector is expected for a follow-up inspection tomorrow.

The pop star has apologized twice for the video, which shows her licking donuts and declaring, “I hate America!
