An Ohio woman was arrested after she called 911 to complain about a Chinese food order that simply wasn’t up to par.

Tracey McCloud, 44, of Cleveland, called 911 on Monday, explaining that she asked for a refund from the Chinese food restaurant, but that the restaurant took the food back and didn’t return her money.

“I had bought some Chinese food, and it’s not [up] to par to me, and I asked to get my money back, and they acting like they don’t understand me and took my food and won’t give me my money back,” she told the dispatcher.

“And this is why you called 911?” the stunned dispatcher asked.

McCloud has been charged with a misdemeanor for misuse of 911.
