A piggy bank-shaped hot air balloon crashed into a tree yesterday during a Utah festival.

A hot air balloon's basket accidentally punctured Bank of American Fork’s piggy bank balloon named Seymour during Provo’s Freedom Festival, sending Seymour crashing into a tree.

Seymour’s pilot is recovering from minor burns, but is expected to be OK.

This was the first crash in the festival’s 31-year history.
