Charles Krauthammer this evening warned that ObamaCare is here to stay unless a Republican is elected president.

“SCOTUScare is here to stay, unless and until the Republicans win the White House and hold the Senate,” Krauthammer said.

Krauthammer said that the GOP will campaign on this issue, and that there’s “no question” that a Republican president would repeal and replace the health care law.

ObamaCare isn't going anywhere if Democrats hold the White House, Krauthammer said.

Krauthammer’s remarks came on the heels of today’s Supreme Court decision to uphold ObamaCare subsidies, even in states that didn’t set up health insurance exchanges.

“The Affordable Care Act is here to stay,” President Barack Obama said after the court’s 6-3 decision.
