Donald Trump said this afternoon on "The Real Story" that he will sue Univision if the network does not air the Miss USA pageant.

Univision has tried to cut ties with Trump after he referred to some Mexican immigrants as "rapists."

"They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people," Trump said in his campaign announcement last week.

The response from Univision came earlier today.

"At Univision, we see first-hand the work ethic, love for family, strong religious values and the important role Mexican immigrants and Mexican-Americans have had and will continue to have in building the future of our country. We will not be airing the Miss USA pageant on July 12 or working on any other projects tied to the Trump Organization," the network said in a statement.

Trump said, however, that there is a signed five-year contract in place.

"They can't do this. They called me up today and apologized," said Trump, adding that the network is trying to stop him from speaking out about border security and trade relations between the U.S. and Mexico.
