Ben Carson said on tonight’s “Kelly File” that ObamaCare “violates the whole tenor of America.”

The 2016 Republican presidential contender was reacting to the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold ObamaCare subsidies nationwide.

“At some point, I was hoping that maybe our Supreme Court would recognize that this is America and this is the way we do things, not in a dictatorial style,” Carson said.

Carson told Megyn Kelly that the government is supposed to facilitate life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Instead, Carson said government is telling the nation, “I don’t care what your people think, it doesn’t really matter. This is what we’re doing, and if you don’t like it, too bad.”
