Charles Krauthammer weighed in on "Special Report" about Hillary Clinton's newly discovered emails.

Sidney Blumenthal, a longtime Clinton confidant, handed over dozens of emails to the House Select Committee on Benghazi earlier this week.

According to Fox News, the emails Blumenthal submitted to the committee were not part of the trove of emails originally provided by the State Department.

Krauthammer doesn't think Clinton's decision to use a private email server stemmed from her concerns about hackers.

"I think it's because she and her husband practice secrecy and deception," Krauthammer stated. "They thought they would get away with it. To a larger extent, they have."

Krauthammer said he doesn't think that people are interested in the details of this scandal.

"But it does hang over her like all the other scandals," he stated. "The Clintons always go up to the line, sometimes over, and they don't care because they are different."
