Say it ain't so!

After 26 seasons and 574 episodes of wedded bliss, Homer and Marge Simpson will "legally separate" in the 27th season premiere of "The Simpsons" this fall.

"It’s discovered after all the years Homer has narcolepsy and it’s an incredible strain on the marriage," executive producer Al Jean said in an interview with Variety. "Homer and Marge legally separate, and Homer falls in love with his pharmacist, who’s voiced by Lena Dunham."

Jean also revealed that the upcoming season will feature a ton of incredible guest stars, including other cast members of Dunham's show "Girls."

"The Simpsons" season 27 premieres this fall on Fox.
