Two hearse drivers carrying the body of a war hero were recently caught on camera making a pit stop at a Hardee’s.

Virginia Beach resident David Disch said he saw the unattended hearse in the parking lot and watched two hearse drivers walk into the Hardee’s together.

The hearse was carrying the body of an 80-year-old Air Force veteran.

“I know we’re all human, we have to eat, but protocols need to be changed, something needs to be changed,” Disch told Fox 8. “I don’t think it would have bothered me as much, but when they both got out and proceeded in, that’s what set me off.”

Two hearse drivers in Florida were fired last month after they made a pit stop at Dunkin’ Donuts while carrying the body of a veteran.
