On "Cashin' In" today, Eric Bolling praised Vince Vaughn for his interview with the UK edition of GQ Magazine, in which the actor voiced his his support for free markets, smaller government and pointed out that the Constitution should be the true center of American government.

Bolling saluted Vaughn in particular for defending the Second Amendment and advocating for all U.S. schools to have firearms to protect students.

"I defended Vaughn, the Second Amendment and libertarians," Bolling said. "That didn't sit well with guys and gals in skinny jeans with hipster glasses sitting around the pod drinking chai tea, also known as 'Liberal Land.'"

Bolling ran down some illuminating facts. Since 2009, only eight percent of mass public shootings have occurred in places where civilians are allowed to defend themselves. Since 1993, firearm ownership in America has gone from under 200 million to over 300 million, while over that same period, murder went down 50 percent and forcible rape went down 36 percent. Finally, in 2013, there were over one million gun defense uses in America.

"Liberals are all wrong on the Second Amendment," Bolling said. "Guns don't kill people. Bad people kill people. And the facts prove it out. Guns save lives."
