'It Starts With the Parenting': Megyn Kelly & Janice Dean Talk Manners, Civility
Janice Dean appeared on "The Kelly File" last night to react to what seems to be a growing lack of civility and manners across the country.
"Four words: Penn Station rush hour," Janice remarked, calling out the New York City public transit system. "Uncivil behavior everywhere, abounding."
"There are actual signs that tell people to get up and make room for the pregnant ladies and the elderly," Janice noted. "'Get up, silly!'"
"I'm trying to instill in my children 'please,' 'thank you,' good behavior," Janice said.
"I think it starts with the parenting. I really do, especially nowadays. You got to instill good values."
