James Rosen reported tonight about the vast changes in Hillary Clinton's voice and dialect over the years. 

He explained that the switch-ups in her accent are pretty pronounced, even by the standards of campaigns and elections. 

Rosen said that a number of politicians have been known to "tailor their appeals to regional audiences," dating back to the days of President Abraham Lincoln. 

Bloomberg was the first to catalog the various voices that the former secretary of state has used.
