A Utah wife’s instinct to check on her husband may have saved his life.

Nicole Mayhew said she was at work when she got a funny feeling that she needed to see her husband, Scott.

“I just said I need to go check on him working on the car, I just believe a spirit told me,” she told FOX 13.

As soon as she got out of her car, Nicole said that she heard her husband say, “Help me, love.”

Scott was working on his SUV when it fell off the jack and onto his chest, pinning him to the ground.

“He said he kept praying for me to come home,” Nicole said.

FOX 13 reports that Scott was trapped for an hour and a half. He broke six ribs but is expected to make a full recovery.
