New video shows convicted Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev flipping off the surveillance camera in his jail cell.

Prosecutors showed the video, which was recorded approximately three months after the April 2013 bombings, to the jury as part of the sentencing phase of Tsarnaev's trial. They say the video proves that Tsarnaev has no remorse for the bombing.

The 12 jurors who found Tsarnaev guilty on all charges now have to decide whether he will be sentenced to death or life in prison.

The verdict must be unanimous. A divided jury would result in a life sentence for Tsarnaev.
