Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker said tonight on "The Kelly File" that Hillary Clinton is out of touch with the American people.

“This is not someone who is connected with everyday Americans,” he told Megyn Kelly.

He said that Clinton has said a "pattern of things" which makes everyday people think she doesn't relate to them.

Walker, who is a potential Republican presidential candidate for 2016, said that Americans want a president who fights and wins for hard-working taxpayers.
