ISIS released a disturbing video on Sunday that purportedly shows the mass execution of Ethiopian Christians in Libya.

The Obama administration denounced the brutal attack and, for the first time, identified the victims as Christians.

Rev. Franklin Graham, President and CEO of Samaritan's Purse and the son of iconic evangelist Billy Graham, said on "The Real Story" that simply acknowledging the attacks on Christians is not enough.

Graham called for President Obama to do more, such as going after ISIS wherever they are with American boots on the ground and cracking down on immigration from countries where radical Islam is rampant.

"We have to stop allowing the immigration of Muslims into this country who come from countries that have active terror cells," Graham asserted.

Could such drastic measures lead to discrimination? Gretchen Carlson asked.

"Of course you're going to have people calling that this is discrimination," Graham said. "But, Gretchen, this is a war. And when you're in a war, you're going to have to discriminate if you're going to win the war."

Graham said it is good that the White House condemned ISIS' beheading of Christians, but he said more action is needed against the terror group.

"You're just going to have to take them out and kill them," he said. "And at the same time, we're going to have to stop allowing them to come into this country."

"If we don't recognize where we are, Gretchen, we're going to lose this thing. We've got to put soldiers back in there, and we're going to have to be in the Middle East for a long time."
