Rebekah Gregory was at the finish line of the Boston Marathon when a pair of bombs went off on April 15, 2013.

Gregory nearly lost her life and has since endured 35 surgeries, including one this past November to amputate her left leg.

Today, Gregory will attend the 2015 Boston Marathon to show she's stronger than ever. She'll run the last 3.5 miles of the race - on her new prosthetic leg - and cross the finish line with 30,000 other registered runners.

Molly Line spoke to Gregory about her inspiring story and incredible recovery.

"Two years ago, I was lying on the pavement, fighting for my life. One year ago, I was being pushed in a wheelchair across the finish line when we did the 1K Tribute [Walk]. And this year, the only thing hitting the pavement will be my running shoes," Gregory said.

In life, you learn to appreciate the little things. And if I have to wear a fake leg forever...I am going to appreciate the heck out of being able to customize it. ;) #feliciasnewsocket #fasterthanacheetah
