To celebrate Equal Pay Day, Vice President Joe Biden tweeted a picture of himself in a women's locker room.

"Equal pay for equal work. It's common sense. It's also overdue. Let's close the gap & let's do it now," Biden wrote alongside the picture of him surrounded by female college basketball players.

The photo was taken back in 2013, following the Delaware University women's team's victory over UCLA in the NCAA tournament, but Biden apparently busted it out again to support Equal Pay Day.

Equal Pay Day illustrates the gap between men's and women's wages by symbolizing the additional time each year women have to work to earn as much as their male counterparts earned in the previous year.

"Leave it to Joe Biden," Ainsley Earhardt said on "Outnumbered." "I don't think it's that big of a deal. It's just one more thing we can laugh at."

"I have a message for Joe Biden," Katie Pavlich said. "Joe, stop being a creep."

"You've got to admit though, he looks like he's a good time," Andrea Tantaros remarked. "I think he'd be fun to hang out with."
