Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel is out of rehab and set to return to the team next week.

Manziel sought treatment for alcohol abuse in January, following a disappointing rookie season that was marked by poor play on the field and reports of drunken episodes and late night brawls off the field.

So, does "Johnny Football" deserve a second chance in the NFL?

Kennedy said on "Outnumbered" that Manziel should definitely get another opportunity, pointing out that he is just 22 years old.

Ainsley Earhardt agreed that everyone deserves a second chance, but she doubted that this is just Manziel's second chance.

"There are so many individuals that are talented, that are really good, straight-laced kids that deserve the opportunity. And if he's not going to take it seriously and he's not going to be a role model for younger kids, he needs to take a step back and let someone else do the job," Earhardt said.

"I think there is redemption, I really do," Kennedy said.
