Authorities say a man arrested after a 30-mile high-speed chase in Arizona last Friday is a native of Mexico who has been deported 20 times.

Genaro Cisneros-Delgado, 26, is being held on a $50,000 bond on suspicion of felony flight and endangerment.

Sheriff Paul Babeu, with the Pinal County Sheriff's Office, said on "Fox and Friends Weekend" this morning that they shouldn't be scratching their heads about why authorities keep arresting illegal immigrants multiple times.

"Because under the Obama administration, there's no consequences," Babeu said.

"Every year for the past three years, we've had 88,000 to 123,000 illegals that have been apprehended just here," Babeu said. "So anybody who thinks the border's secure is listening to lies from Washington."
